The night serum with retinol is recommended for the renewal of mature skin with discoloration and wrinkles as well as for oily and acne-prone skin. Retinol is one of the most effective means of preserving and even restoring smooth skin without wrinkles and discoloration. The set of active ingredients of the preparation also ensures good skin hydration, elimination of inflammation, alleviation of irritation, reduction of pimples and blackheads.
The main active ingredient is retinol – a derivative of vitamin A. It stimulates the production of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid by the skin tissue. It increases the elasticity and elasticity of the skin, prevents it from sagging and reduces wrinkles. It has an exfoliating and smoothing effect by removing calloused epidermal cells.
The serum also contains a set of skin moisturizing ingredients, including hyaluronic acid in 4 forms, with different particle sizes, thanks to which they can penetrate the skin tissue to different depths and constitute a water reservoir there. Hyaluronic acid is a natural component of the skin that protects it against water loss. It is a substance that retains water very effectively – one of its molecules can bind up to 250 water molecules. The introduction of hyaluronic acid derivatives into cosmetics significantly slows down the aging process of the skin. The other three forms of hyaluronic acid used in this serum are hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid, sodium hyaluronate crosspolymer and sodium hyaluronate. They differ in the size of the particles and the depth to which they can penetrate the skin.
Other moisturizing ingredients are glycerin and panthenol. Compared to hyaluronic acid, glycerin molecules have very small dimensions and can penetrate deeper. Panthenol, in addition to moisturizing the skin, perfectly soothes irritations. Oils pressed from sunflower seeds and soybeans, which are a rich source of unsaturated fatty acids, also moisturize and soften the skin.
Another group of active ingredients are extracts: from bitter orange flowers, from jasmine flowers, lavender, peony, cherry and elderberry. They seal the walls of blood vessels, smooth and soften the skin, are good antioxidants, especially elderberry extract. They soothe inflammation. Jasmine flower extract also strengthens collagen fibers, which increases skin firmness. The list of active ingredients is completed by essential oil from damask rose flowers and tocopheryl acetate – an ester form of vitamin E. Damask rose flower oil is suitable for all skin types. It has a soothing, moisturizing and antiseptic effect. It has anti-wrinkle and antioxidant properties and strengthens the walls of blood vessels. It also has a beautiful fragrance. Vitamin E, also known as the vitamin of youth, is essential for keeping the skin in good condition and prolonging its youthful appearance. Built into the hydrolipid barrier, protecting against the effects of external factors and against water loss. It is one of the strongest antioxidants.
USE:
In the evening – before applying the cream – apply a small amount of the product to the cleansed and dry skin of the face, neck and décolleté and gently massage in. Use the serum twice a week and if there are no symptoms of irritation – the frequency is gradually can be increased until it is used daily. If signs of skin irritation are observed, the frequency of using the serum should be reduced.
ATTENTION! When using the 0.5% retinol serum, do not use other preparations with:
– retinol,
– glycolic acid 10%
– salicylic acid 2%
– mandelic acid combined with polyhydroxy acids (PHA): lactobionic acid and glucoheptanolactone and gluconolactone at concentrations of 10% and
higher.
The preparation is placed in AIRLESS packaging that protects its contents against contact with bacteria, light and restricts air access.
