The essence is also a good portion of anti-oxidants which remove free radicals, so they slow down the aging process occurring in the skin. It is the function of Jania Rubens alga itself, as well as:
– Tocopherol – vitamin E – is one of the most famous and strongest anti-oxidants; it inhibits radical oxidation of lipids in the epidermis and in the skin. It also stops the aging processes caused by UV radiation or cigarette smoke.
– Nikkol VC-IP, the derivative of vitamin C, fights free radicals and prevents discolourations. It features high stability and, consequently, high effectiveness.
– Lyco-sol, a tomato extract, contains lycopene, twice as strong as beta-carotene. Thanks to that, it has twice as intensive anti-oxidant function, and protects face skin from negative effect of environment pollution. Neutralises harmful influence of UV radiation, improves skin flexibility and reduces wrinkles.
– Marula oil – known in cosmetic industry for its strong anti-oxidant and regenerating effect.
The essence contains also plant propanediol, a natural substance obtained from corn, moisturising and reducing risk of irritations or allergies; and shea butter easily penetrating epidermis, to perfectly rejuvenate and moisturise it.
